1. Who we are

AIOFMLAB ("we") provides a content-planning and prompt-authoring service for creators. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your rights under the GDPR and similar laws.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — email, display name, chosen niche, plan, and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in, if used).
  • Content you create — personas, prompts, kits, plans, saved items, uploaded reference images, and feedback you log (e.g. how a post performed).
  • Usage data — actions inside the app (e.g. which content you copy or generate) used to improve recommendations.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

3. How we use data

  • to provide the Service and personalize it to your persona/niche;
  • to improve our recommendation systems (aggregated usage signals such as copies and logged results);
  • to send transactional and, with your consent, proactive emails (daily play, weekly recap) — you can opt out any time in Settings or via the unsubscribe link;
  • to process payments and prevent abuse;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

4. Processors we use

We use vetted processors to run the Service: hosting and database infrastructure (e.g. Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Resend), AI text processing (Anthropic; image analysis is processed transiently and uploaded reference photos are used to author prompts on your behalf), and payment processing. Each processor receives only the data needed for its function.

5. Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), on your consent (proactive emails, optional uploads), and on legitimate interest (service improvement, abuse prevention).

6. Retention

Account and content data are kept while your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g. invoices).

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at aiofmlab.official@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped by row-level security, and secrets are held server-side only. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
