Terms of Service

1. What AIOFMLAB is

AIOFMLAB ("the Service") is a content-planning and prompt-authoring tool for creators who run AI-generated model personas. The Service produces text — prompts, captions, hooks, posting plans and related guidance. It does not generate images or video, does not host adult media, and is not a fan platform. You use the outputs with third-party generators and platforms at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or facilitate:

  • content depicting or referencing minors, or any persona presented as under 18, in any context;
  • content that impersonates a real, identifiable person without their consent;
  • non-consensual, exploitative or illegal content of any kind;
  • spam, deceptive schemes, or violations of third-party platform rules.

The Service is designed for suggestive-not-explicit output. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs and for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with reasonable notice before your next renewal.

6. Your content and outputs

You retain ownership of the persona data and inputs you provide. To the extent we hold any rights in generated outputs, we assign them to you. Outputs are produced by automated systems and may be similar to outputs produced for other users; we do not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy or results (engagement, revenue or otherwise).

7. Brand and trademark references

Prompts may reference third-party brand names to improve realism of generated imagery. Such references do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those brands. You are responsible for how you use brand-referencing outputs.

8. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or risk to the Service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
